I am new to residential fire sprinkler systems and wanted educate myself in the specifics, regulation, and operation of the systems. I contacted this company as they are local to Brentwood/Oakley. Cody was great in explaining what was required by law and the difference between residential and commercial. I elected to have my residential system inspected. Jose came out and basically gave me a crash course in understanding my system and walked me through the self test process. I now have a greater understanding of how my system works and how to do self maintenance. I will definitely call on Friendly Fire Systems should I need repairs on my system or have any questions.

Been waiting for them to get a yelp page so I could post this!! I was helping a friend manage her retail building in San Ramon and she needed a 5 year certification for their sprinklers. My brother is in the industry and recommended Friendly Fire Systems. I talked to Benito, who is the owner and really professional. They sent pricing and we scheduled for a a few days later. It's a newer building so no huge corrections had to be done. In a little over a weeks time we had our paperwork and billing from them and were all taken care of. Excellent experience and will for sure repeat.

These guys are unbelievably good. I have never encountered anyone helping a stranger out so much. We were needed to provide fire sprinkler plans to the city for a building permit (costs hundreds of dollars). Benito sent over someone to check the existing plans and said no modifications were required and then spoke to the city agent for an hour to resolve my situation and guided me through on how to submit forms. And after all this, they didn't charge me a penny. Thank you! I will pay this kindness forward.
